Ukrainian kruchenyky with mushrooms: recipe for an every day hearty dish

Chicken fillets can be baked, added to soups and made into cutlets and chops. They can also be made into soft kruchenyky. They can be prepared with cheese, mushrooms and vegetable fillings.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious and hearty fillet kruchenyky with mushrooms, onions and carrots.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 3 pcs.
- mushrooms - 300 g
- carrot - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- sour cream - 1-2 tbsp. l.
- flour - 1 tbsp
- oil - 50 g
- spices - to taste
- garlic - 1 clove.
Method of preparation:
1. Fry onions and mushrooms, add oil and grated carrots and simmer for another 5 minutes.
2. Cut the fillet into 2 pieces, beat and sprinkle with spices. Put the filling and make rolls.
3. Fry them in a frying pan on both sides until golden brown, remove and pour boiled water into the pan. Add sour cream, garlic, flour and spices to taste. Bring to a boil, stirring with a whisk.
4. Put the fried dumplings in a baking dish, pour the sauce over and cook for 30 minutes in the oven at 190°C.
