Turkish-style pickled cucumbers with mustard and lemon without sterilization: recipe for a tasty snack for winter

Pickled cucumbers can be prepared by every hostess. It will be very tasty with spices, berry leaves, garlic, chili peppers and ketchup. It will be ever more spicy with lemon and grain mustard.

Ingredients:
- cucumbers
- chili pepper - 1 pc.
- Currant leaves, horseradish, cherry leaves, dill sprigs
- garlic - 3 cloves.
- grain mustard
- allspice
Marinade:
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- coarse salt - 1 tbsp.
- lemon - 1 pc.
- apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp.
- water
Method of preparation:
1. Wash cucumbers and cut off the tips. Place garlic, leaves, dill, mustard seeds and lemon slices in jars and lay cucumbers on top. Fill with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Drain water from jars, add sugar, salt and vinegar and bring to a boil to prepare the marinade. Fill the cucumbers with the marinade, preserve and turn the jars upside down.
