Dorado can be cooked in different ways: with vegetables, spices, and cilantro. To make the fish juicy, it needs to be marinated beforehand.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious and juicy fish with ginger, chili, and spices on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 1 dorado
- 2 cloves of garlic
- a small piece of ginger
- 2 teaspoons of sesame oil (can be replaced with olive oil)
- 1 lime
- 1 chili pepper
- salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the garlic, ginger, and pepper, put in a mortar or blender, and grind, adding oil and salt to the mixture.
2. Make cuts in the fish and brush well with the mixture on the top and inside, put the chopped lime inside the fish.
3. Bake the fish at 200 degrees for up to 15 minutes (depending on the size of the fish).
Serve with the remaining lime and cilantro!
