Thin pancakes that don't tear: sharing the exact proportions
Pancakes often tear and turn out in one lump due to improperly prepared dough. Cooks advise adding vegetable oil, melted butter, and boiling water to the dough.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious, thin pancakes with milk that don't tear.
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp. l
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Milk - 400 ml
- Butter - 70 g
- Flour - 1.5 cups (400 ml)
- Boiling water - 400 ml
- Oil - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with salt and sugar. Then pour in the milk and beat again.
2. Pour in the flour and continue whisking.
3. Add melted butter, boiling water, and mix the dough.
4. Fry the pancakes!
