Pancakes are a simple dish made from flour, milk, and eggs. You can cook them with boiling water, kefir, whey, or water. To avoid lumps, you need to beat the eggs with sugar very well and, most importantly, sift the flour.

Ingredients:
- eggs – 4 pcs.
- milk – 250 ml
- oil – 2 tbsp.
- flour – 150 g
- vanilla sugar – 1 package
- sugar – 2 tbsp.
- boiling water – 150 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with milk with a whisk, add vanilla sugar, and pour in the oil.
2. Then add the flour, stir, and pour in the boiling water.
3. Heat a frying pan and fry the pancakes.
You can serve them with condensed milk, sour cream, and jams.
