Thin pancakes on boiling water: how to make the perfect batter
A dish that every hostess knows how to cook - pancakes. To make them thin, flavorful and not tear, culinary experts advise adding boiling water to the dough, as well as oil.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- milk - 1 tbsp.
- sugar - 2 tbsp.
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- soda - 1/2 tsp.
- flour - 1,5 tbsp.
- Boiling water - 1 tbsp (+-)
- oil - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Whisk the eggs and sugar, add salt, milk, sifted flour and baking soda. Mix until homogeneous.
2. Gradually add steep boiling water stirring constantly, at the end add oil. Let stand for about 20 minutes and fry in a non-stick pan.
Any kind of filling can be used for the pancakes!
