They won't fall apart or burn: how many eggs should be added to the base for perfect cheesecakes
The easiest, quickest to prepare and very tasty dish for a hearty breakfast is cheesecakes. At first glance, they look elementary, but they also often turn out very unpalatable, clogged with flour, stiff, and often raw inside. Also, if you add a lot of sugar, the cheesecakes will burn and stick to the pan, so you need to add very little or replace it with alternative products, such as honey or stevia.
Caterer Catherine shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious cheesecakes with semolina that won't burn or fall apart.
Tip: To keep the cheesecakes from falling apart, add just 1 egg to the base!
- cottage cheese - 500 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- rice flour for breading
- coconut oil for frying
- salt - pinch
- lemon zest
- chocolate - as desired
Method of preparation:
1. Add the egg and sugar to the cheese, beat everything with a blender to a smooth texture, add the semolina, and mix.
2. Sprinkle the board with rice flour, form balls, and form them into cheesecakes.
3. Heat a frying pan and fry over medium heat on both sides.
