The most successful zucchini batter with only one ingredient
Fried zucchini is a delicious appetizer that can be prepared with a variety of sauces. To prevent them from burning, you need to prepare a good batter, for which you can use not only flour and eggs but also starch.
- Corn starch
Sour cream and garlic sauce:
- Sour cream 20% - 2 tbsp.
- Young garlic - 1/2 clove.
- Dill -10 g
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the zucchini into 1.5 cm thick slices. Season with salt and paprika and leave for 5 minutes. Roll in cornstarch. The starch will get slightly wet in a few minutes and a crispy crust appear when fried.
2. Mix sour cream, garlic, dill and salt for the sauce.
Serve zucchini with the sauce!
