Fried zucchini is a delicious appetizer that can be prepared with a variety of sauces. To prevent them from burning, you need to prepare a good batter, for which you can use not only flour and eggs but also starch.

The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for delicious fried zucchini, which is cooked without flour but with cornstarch.

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini
  • Salt
  • Paprika
  • Corn starch

Sour cream and garlic sauce:

  • Sour cream 20% - 2 tbsp.
  • Young garlic - 1/2 clove.
  • Dill -10 g
  • Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the zucchini into 1.5 cm thick slices. Season with salt and paprika and leave for 5 minutes. Roll in cornstarch. The starch will get slightly wet in a few minutes and a crispy crust appear when fried.

2.  Mix sour cream, garlic, dill and salt for the sauce.

Serve zucchini with the sauce!
