The most fluffy pancakes: we tell you what you need to add to the dough
Tip: to make the dough for pancakes successful and the pancakes fluffy and airy, be sure to add baking soda or baking powder to the dough! And be sure to let the finished dough stand!
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- kefir - 250 ml
- sugar - 2-3 tbsp
- salt - a pinch
- flour - 250 g
- soda - 1/4 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with salt, add sugar and warm kefir, mix.
2. Pour in the flour and baking soda, mix and let the dough stand for 15-20 minutes.
3. Fry the pancakes over moderate heat, covered, for 2 minutes on each side.
