Food blogger Kateryna Mull shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious cottage cheese casserole with semolina, raisins, and eggs, which is very flavorful and satisfying.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 350 g
- milk - 100 ml
- semolina - 3 tbsp
- butter - 20 g
- sugar - 3 tbsp
- raisins - 100 g
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Heat the milk in a saucepan, then add the semolina, mix thoroughly.
2. Pour boiling water over the raisins and leave to swell, then rinse with water.
3. Mix the cottage cheese with sugar and salt and pour in the milk and semolina mixture.
4. Then beat the cottage cheese mixture in a blender and add the raisins.
5. Grease a baking dish with butter.
6. Pour the finished batter into the mold and bake the casserole for 30-40 minutes at 180°C.
