Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 350 g

  • semolina - 3 tbsp
  • butter - 20 g

Method of preparation:

1. Heat the milk in a saucepan, then add the semolina, mix thoroughly.

2. Pour boiling water over the raisins and leave to swell, then rinse with water.
