Breading for meat is one of the main ingredients in cooking meat dishes, especially chops. A good breading will make the meat tender, but a bad one can also make the dish dry and tough.
Cook Viktoriia shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious cheese breading that will make the meat very soft and juicy.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet
- Parmesan or hard cheese, you can take a mix of cheeses
- Flour
- Egg
- Oil for frying
- Salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet in half lengthwise. Beat off a little, season well with salt and pepper.
2. Grate the cheese.
3. Beat the egg with salt.
4. Breading: 1 container with flour, 2 with beaten egg and water, 3 with grated cheese on a fine or medium grater.
5. Dip the fillet in flour, then in egg mixture and cheese.
6. Fry in a preheated frying pan with oil on both sides and place on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
