Very often, kebabs turn out tough, burnt, and raw inside. To prevent this from happening, you need to prepare the right marinade, and it must contain acid, which will make the meat soft and juicy.
Cook Alina FooDee shared a recipe for a delicious and successful barbecue marinade on her YouTube channel.
Ingredients:
- 2 kg of meat
- Tomatoes 300 g
- Onions 200 g
- Basil 5 g
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Salt 1.5 tsp (to taste)
- Pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Pass tomatoes and onions through a meat grinder, and add spices, and olive oil.
2. Cut the meat into pieces, and mix well in the marinade. Leave for at least 2 hours.
After that, you can grill the kebabs!
