Method of preparation:
1. Take the butter out of the refrigerator an hour before cooking, it should be soft. Cheese for 30 minutes to warm up a little. Whisk the butter so that the mass becomes light and fluffy, for 4-5 minutes. In several steps, add the creamy cottage cheese and once again whisk until homogeneous.
