Ingredients:
- zucchini - 500 g
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- hard cheese - 200 g
- flour - 5 tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- dry garlic - 1/2 tsp.
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- dill - a bunch
Sauce:
- Sour cream, dill, garlic, salt
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, season with salt, leave for 10-15 minutes to drain.
2. Squeeze out the grated zucchini, add dill, eggs, dried garlic and black pepper, mix well, add flour, knead the dough and season with salt if desired.
3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add to the dough, mix well.
4. Fry the pancakes in a hot frying pan with oil until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with sour cream sauce mixed with dill, salt and garlic!
