Appetizer pies are the best addition to soups and salads. It is worth noting that pies can be made not only from dough, but also from pita bread. For the filling, you can use: boiled eggs, fried onions, green onions, vegetables, seafood, fish, meat, minced meat.

Cook Yulia shared a recipe for a delicious torn pie with feta cheese, suluguni cheese, and herbs on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • pita bread - 230 g
  • milk - 250 ml
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • feta cheese - 150 g
  • Suluguni cheese or other salty cheese - 150 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
  • dill, green onions - a bunch

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the eggs with milk and oil, add chopped greens, grated cheese and "torn" pita bread, mix everything.

2. Put into a greased baking dish, lightly tamp and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.

The pie will be delicious warm and cold!
