Culinarian Pauline shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious roasted bulgur that takes just 10 minutes to cook in a pan.
Ingredients:
- bulgur - 100 g
- butter - 20 g
- spices - 1 tbsp.
- salt - to taste
- boiling water -
Cooking instructions:
1. Rinse the bulgur well and fry it in butter for 5 minutes.
2. Add salt, spices, stir and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
3. Fill the groats with boiling water, the water should completely cover the groats and cook over medium heat until the water is completely evaporated.
It will be delicious both hot and cold.
