Tastier than Mimosa: New Year's sushi salad with redfish and avocado
If you really like sushi but don't have time to cook it, a light salad made from almost the same ingredients that are the basis for sushi will be a great alternative.
The chef shared a recipe for a delicious salad with redfish, melted cheese, avocado, and fresh cucumbers on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 300 g of lightly salted salmon
- 3 boiled eggs
- 4 bars of processed cheese
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 small avocados (or 1 medium)
- salt, pepper
- 100-130 g of mayonnaise
- sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Grate cheese and eggs separately.
2. Dice fish and cucumbers.
3. Assemble the salad in layers. Layer 1: processed cheese and mayonnaise. Layer 2: cucumber and mayonnaise. Layer 3: eggs, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise. Layer 4: redfish. Layer 5: avocado, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise. Layer 6: processed cheese and mayonnaise. Layer 7: redfish and sesame seeds.
