Method of preparation:
1. Boil the broccoli until tender, dip in water with ice.
2. Finely chop the broccoli, put it in a bowl, and add grated Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, eggs, spices, and breadcrumbs, and mix.
3. Dice the hard cheese.
4. Form the patties and put the cheese inside.
