Tastier than kebab: juicy roasted pork with vegetables and unusual sauce
If you want to cook juicy pork, culinary experts advise that you make it with vegetables. You can even marinate the meat beforehand.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious, juicy pork with sauce and fresh vegetables on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- pork loin - 500-600 g
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 1 paprika (pepper)
- spices - to taste
Sauce:
- honey - 1 tsp.
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 clove of garlic
- spices
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and dry pork with kitchen towels. Make small cuts.
2. For the sauce, mix liquid honey and soy sauce, add mustard, spices and grated garlic. Mix everything and brush the pork with the sauce.
3. Cut all the vegetables into slices.
4. Insert a slice of tomato, pepper, and onion into each cut of meat.
5. Brush everything with the sauce again, add spices, cover with foil and put in a preheated 200°C oven for 1.5 hours. Then remove the foil and cook for another 40-60 minutes.
