Ingredients:

  • sprats - 500 g
  • water - 500 ml
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1.5-2 tbsp
  • allspice
  • peppercorns

Method of preparation:

1. For the marinade, add salt, sugar and pepper to the water and mix thoroughly.
