Zucchini are not only healthy, but also very budget-friendly, tasty vegetables that can be the basis for making pancakes, pancakes, as well as light snack cakes. Mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese and onions can be used as toppings.
Culinarian Julia shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious zucchini cake, which is very simple to make and would be a great alternative to pies.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 350 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- champignons - 350g
- flour - 40 g
- baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
sauce:
- salt - to taste
- sour cream - 150 g
- garlic
- dill
Method of preparation:
1. Grate zucchini, add eggs, salt, baking soda, flour, mix.
2. Chop the mushrooms, fry until golden.
3. Sauce: chop greens finely, mince garlic, add to sour cream, mix.
4. Fry the pancakes for the cake. Afterwards, grease with sauce, adding mushrooms. Place in the refrigerator for a few hours.
