Tastier than fried potatoes: potato appetizer with ham and sour cream

Potatoes and ham are two simple foods that go together perfectly. They can be used to make delicious salads and appetizers. Potatoes can also be boiled, baked with vegetables and meat, fried, and mashed.
Chef Anatolii Dobrovolskyi shared a recipe for a delicious potato and ham appetizer on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes – 3 pcs.
- Ham – 250-300 g
- Onion – 1/2 pc.
- Lard – 50 g
- Sour cream – 200-250 g
- Green chopped onion
- Breadcrumbs
Method of preparation:
1. Boil, peel, and dice the potatoes.
2. Cut the ham into a large cube.
3. Cut the onion into small cubes, fry in lard, add potatoes and ham, and fry until golden brown.
4. Grease a baking dish with lard, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and put the fried potatoes with onions and ham. Top with sour cream and bake in the oven at 175 degrees until tender.
Sprinkle the dish with chives when serving.
