Chicken meatballs are a great dish for lunch and dinner. It is worth noting that they can be made not only from meat, but also from fish and vegetables.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious chicken meatballs with cream sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients for meatballs:
- Minced chicken - 800 g
- Large onion - 1/2 (2 parts for sauce)
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Breadcrumbs - 100 g
- A little milk
- Salt, pepper - to taste
For the sauce:
- Mushrooms - 500 g
- The second half of the onion
- Cream 10% - 500 g
- Flour - 4 tbsp
- A little water
- Parsley
- Butter - to taste
- Salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Add finely chopped onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper to the minced meat and mix well. Add a little milk and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry with onions in butter.
3. Form the meatballs and place them on parchment paper and cook in the oven at 180C for 25 minutes.
4. Then pour the cream into the mushrooms, put the finished meatballs, sprinkle with greens.
