Ingredients:
- egg - 1 pc.
- kefir/sour milk - 1 tbsp.
- baking soda - 1 tsp.
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- butter - 2-3 tbsp.
- flour - 350-400 g
Filling:
- boiled potatoes with green onions
Method of preparation:
1. Add baking soda and salt to kefir and mix well. Add oil and egg and mix again. Add flour gradually and knead a very soft dough, similar in consistency to yeast dough. Place under a towel.
2. Mix potatoes and onions.
3. Form balls from the dough, spread the filling and form a patty. Place them on a flour-dusted surface.
4. Fry in sufficient oil well heated over medium heat on both sides until cooked through.
