Tastier than caviar: tender eggplant spread with roasted sweet peppers and cheese
The spreads can be made from any cheese, cottage cheese, as well as raw and stewed seasonal vegetables. For a brighter flavor, it is better to add garlic, spices and chili pepper.
Cook Khrystyna shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious spread made of eggplant, sweet roasted peppers, garlic and cheese.
Ingredients:
- eggplants
- pepper
- garlic
- dill
- Philadelphia cheese
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Bake vegetables in equal proportions in the oven at 220C for 30-40 minutes.
2. Peel and dice (not very finely) garlic, add herbs, salt, pepper and cheese and mix everything thoroughly.
The spread will be very tasty when combined with rye bread!
