Culinarian Iryna shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, easy-to-make avocado butter with dried garlic and dill.

Ingredients:

  • avocado - 3 pcs.
  • butter - 100-120 g
  • dried garlic - 0.5 tsp.
  • black pepper - to taste
  • salt - 2/3 tsp.
  • dill - bunch
  • lemon juice - 0,5 tbsp. l.

Method of preparation:

1. Put avocado pulp, melted butter, salt, pepper, dried garlic, chopped dill and lemon juice in a blender bowl and beat everything thoroughly.

2. Transfer the cooked butter to a suitable dish and leave in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Ready made butter

You can store it in the refrigerator no more than 3-4 days!
