Tastier than any pie: salty dinner fritters in 10 minutes with fish, greens, olives
Fritters can be not only a breakfast dish, but also a dish for a hearty and original dinner if you add cheese, meat, herbs, olives, fish to them.
- green onions
- leavening agent
- salt, pepper
- sun-dried tomatoes
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the eggs and salt, add the kefir, flour and baking powder, mix well so that the dough is homogeneous.
2. Add chopped greens, chopped olives, tuna, sun-dried tomatoes to the batter and mix.
3. Fry the fritters over medium heat, under a lid!
Serve with sour cream!
