Bird's Milk dessert is a very light and delicate dessert based on sour cream, gelatin, and cocoa or chocolate. To ensure that the dessert does not have an unpleasant aftertaste, you need to choose odorless sour cream, or better yet, Greek yogurt.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and light dessert in a glass called Bird's Milk.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of sour cream
- 150 g of sugar
- 15 g of gelatin
- 150 ml of cold water
Method of preparation:
1. Whip the sour cream and sugar until fluffy.
2. Dissolve the gelatin in water and then melt the gelatin mass in a microwave or in a water bath (heat, but do not bring it to a boil).
3. Whisk the sour cream, pour in the gelatin, and whisk again until smooth.
4. Pour into glasses.
5. Chocolate layer: leave a little sour cream and gelatin mass and add a bar of melted milk chocolate. When the bottom layer has hardened, pour the chocolate layer on top and refrigerate.
