Tastier and easier than stuffed cabbage: a healthy young cabbage dish for an easy dinner

Ingredients:

- young cabbage- 1 pc

- chicken breast - 400g

- onion - 1 medium

- carrot - 1 medium

- bell pepper - 1 pc

- tomato sauce - 2-3 tbsp or 1 tbsp of tomato paste

- half a cup of boiled rice

- turmeric - 0.5 tsp

- sour cream 20% - 2-3 tbsp

- salt and pepper to taste

- vegetable oil for frying and cooking vegetables

- apple cider vinegar for greasing cabbage

  1. Cut young cabbage into rings, brush with apple cider vinegar to keep it crispy while stewing, salt, pepper, and pour oil over it.
  2. Fry diced onion until transparent, and then add carrots. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add bell peppers and fry for 2-3 minutes. Finally, add tomato sauce.
  3. Cut chicken breast into small cubes and put it in a bowl. Add the fried vegetables, boiled rice, turmeric, salt, pepper, and sour cream. Mix and put it on the cabbage. Pour oil on top.
  4. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
