Ingredients:
- young cabbage- 1 pc
- chicken breast - 400g
- onion - 1 medium
- carrot - 1 medium
- bell pepper - 1 pc
- tomato sauce - 2-3 tbsp or 1 tbsp of tomato paste
- half a cup of boiled rice
- turmeric - 0.5 tsp
- sour cream 20% - 2-3 tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste
- vegetable oil for frying and cooking vegetables
- apple cider vinegar for greasing cabbage
- Cut young cabbage into rings, brush with apple cider vinegar to keep it crispy while stewing, salt, pepper, and pour oil over it.
- Fry diced onion until transparent, and then add carrots. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add bell peppers and fry for 2-3 minutes. Finally, add tomato sauce.
- Cut chicken breast into small cubes and put it in a bowl. Add the fried vegetables, boiled rice, turmeric, salt, pepper, and sour cream. Mix and put it on the cabbage. Pour oil on top.
- Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
