Filling pies are the best addition to soups and salads, which can be prepared with various products for filling, such as fish, vegetables, cheese, herbs, and mushrooms. It is very important to make the dough correctly so that it has the consistency of sour cream.
Cook Polina shared a recipe for a delicious filling pie with mushrooms, fillet, and cheese on Instagram.
For the dough:
- flour – 250-300 g
- eggs – 3 pcs.
- kefir, sour cream, yogurt – 400 g
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
- salt – a pinch
For the filling:
- fillet – 300 g
- mushrooms – 300 g
- onion – 1 pc.
- cheese – 100 g
- salt and spices – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the onion in a frying pan, add the chopped fillet, and fry in vegetable oil for 5-10 minutes.
2. Dough: add eggs and salt to the kefir, add flour and baking powder, and mix.
The consistency of the dough should be like thick sour cream.
3. Pour half of the dough into the bottom of the mold and put the filling on top, grate the cheese and sprinkle on top, and pour the rest of the dough, smooth, and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
4. Put the cake in a preheated 180 °C oven for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
