- kefir - 200 ml
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- hard cheese - 70 g
- flour - 130-150 g
- baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
- salt - 1 tsp.
- boiled egg - 2-3 pcs.
- green onion - 3 stalks
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs, add kefir, grated hard cheese and mix.
2. Add salt, you can spice to taste. Also add chopped boiled eggs and onions, mix. Add flour and baking soda.
3. Fry on both sides until golden.
