Tastes like mushrooms: recipe for fried eggplant in egg for dinner

Eggplants can be great vegetables for making delicious appetizers, as well as salads, caviar. You can also bake them, fry them and make delicious salads and appetizers for the winter.

Ingredients:
- Eggplants - 5 pcs.
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Salt and ground pepper - to taste
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- Dried basil
- Sour cream
Method of preparation:
1. Wash eggplants, peel off the skin, cut them into large cubes, salt and leave for 15-20 minutes to remove the bitterness. Then wash with water.
2. Beat the eggs with salt, add the pepper, dried basil and chopped garlic. Add the sliced eggplants to this mixture and leave for a few hours. Afterwards, transfer the eggplants with the egg liquid to a heated frying pan and fry until golden.
3. At the very end add sour cream, mix thoroughly, cover the pan with a lid and stew for another 5-7 minutes.
