Tastes like kebab: baked potatoes with a crispy crust for a hearty and tasty dinner
Potatoes can be cooked in different ways: mashed, baked on the fire, cooked in the oven, stewed with vegetables and meat, cooked in a sleeve. Potatoes also make hearty casseroles, derunes, zrazy, dumplings and pancakes.
- young potatoes of medium size - 1500 g
- underbelly 300-400 g
- paprika - 1/2 tsp.
- 3-4 tbsp. oil
- dried garlic - 1/2 tsp. or fresh garlic - 2 cloves,
- salt - 1 tsp.
- pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- foil and skewers
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potato, make small incisions on it.
2. Combine the spices and oil, coat the potatoes.
3. Thread the potatoes and underbelly, alternating with each other. Wrap the potato skewer in foil and grill over charcoal until cooked through.
4. Remove the foil and fry the potatoes until browned, constantly turning the skewers.
It is convenient to check for readiness with a wooden skewer!
