It is best to prepare delicious salads from seasonal vegetables, as well as greens in the summer. If you like hearty winter salad Olivier, it can be prepared in summer in a lighter form, replacing sausage with canned fish or shrimp and dressing with yogurt instead of mayonnaise.

Cook Tetiana shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious salad with canned salmon, fresh cucumbers, corn and eggs.

Ingredients:

  • canned salmon - 1 b
  • cucumbers - 1 pc.
  • corn - 1/2 b
  • boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
  • green onion - bundle
  • mayonnaise - 1-2 tbsp.
  • Greek yogurt - 1-2 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - to taste
  • salt and pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Dice cucumbers and eggs and chop green onions.

2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, dress with mayonnaise and sour cream, add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
