Sugar-free oatmeal pancakes: a breakfast dish that will become your child's favorite

Oatmeal pancakes with banana. This may be your children's new favorite breakfast. I've done some great things in this recipe: I used a banana instead of sugar, and there will be minimal flour because the batter is based on healthy oatmeal. In other words, I took into account the rules of health and accessibility of products. Soft, sweet and delicious. It's a delight. The main rule: cook this breakfast with your children whenever you have time. First, they will enjoy playing with the batter. Secondly, they will learn how healthy foods can be cool.

The recipe is simple. Pour 200 g of flattened oatmeal into 200 ml of milk for 20 minutes. Separately, mash 1 banana with a fork (the one that is almost brown is very flavorful and sweet). When the cereal has absorbed the milk, add 1 egg, 2 tbsp of flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, a pinch of salt, and the banana. Mix well and fry in a preheated pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.

And that's it. Healthy dishes can be delicious. When eaten in moderation, delicious food does not harm.

Keep these rules in mind when cooking for children:

Breakfast cereals are not suitable because they contain a lot of sugar and trans fats.

Sweets are okay if they are homemade, not store-bought, and if you eat them in moderation too.

Sweet soda is an invisible enemy. You don't realize it, but you consume a huge amount of sugar. Water with lemon or fruit (frozen, fresh, mashed without added sugar) is a good alternative.

Eat more white lean meat and less fatty red meat. It will be easier for the child's body to digest.
