Stuffed peppers with no cereals: how to prepare the dish in a new way

Sweet pepper is a very useful vegetable, which is a source of vitamins and minerals such as C, A, E, B2, B5, B9, PP, zinc, iron and potassium. To preserve vitamin C in peppers, it should be eaten raw. You can prepare a salad, for example. Peppers can still be stuffed, pickled, grilled or baked in the oven.
Cook Paulina shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious stuffed peppers, which is prepared without cereals.
Ingredients:
- pepper - 4 pcs.
- any minced meat - 700 g
- carrots - 2 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- canned tomatoes or tomato paste - 250 ml
- salt - to taste
- smoked paprika - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Grate carrots, chop onion and garlic and fry until tender. Add salt and spices and mix.
2. Transfer the stir-fry to minced meat and mix well.
3- Transfer the tomatoes to a bowl, add spices and mix.
4. Peel the peppers, but do not discard the "caps", you will need them to cover the peppers.
5. Stuff the peppers. Cover the top with "caps", transfer to a mould with tomatoes, top the peppers with tomatoes and spices and cook in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 C.
