Stuffed eggs are the most budget-friendly and simple appetizer that can be eaten both every day and prepared for a festive table. You can use any filling.

Ingredients:

  • eggs
  • raw mushrooms
  • oil for frying
  • mayonnaise
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the eggs, cut them in half and separate the yolk from the white.

2. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil until crispy, add salt and pepper.

3. Filling: add the mushrooms, a little mayonnaise, salt and pepper to the yolks to taste and mash with a fork until smooth.

4. Spread the filling over the squirrels, garnish with parsley and chives if desired.
