Stuffed champignons with a delicious filling in 30 minutes: an appetizer recipe
Champignons are a versatile product that can be used to make delicious salads and soups, added to pies and dumplings, and stuffed with delicious fillings. Mushrooms can also be deliciously marinated, grilled, and made into delicious julienne and pates.
Cook Anna shared a recipe for delicious stuffed mushrooms with a juicy chicken filling on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- champignons - 10-15 pcs.
- onion - 2 pcs.
- chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- hard cheese - 200 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
- oil
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the fillet, and finely chop it.
2. Cut the onion into small pieces, grate the carrots, and fry until golden brown. Simmer under the lid for another 5-6 minutes.
3. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and cut them into small cubes. Add to the carrots and onions, season with salt, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
4. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add the roast, and fillets, mix, add a spoonful of sour cream if desired, and fill the mushrooms with the filling, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
5. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 C.
