Spicy Korean carrots with garlic for a quick meal: it can be eaten in 2 hours
Korean carrots are a very simple and tasty appetizer that can be prepared with garlic, spices, and soy sauce. To marinate the carrots faster, heat the spices with oil and add to the carrots.

Ingredients:
- carrots - 500 g
- vegetable oil - 30 ml
- vinegar - 1.5 tbsp
- garlic - 4 cloves.
- ground pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- sugar - 1.5 tbsp
- soy sauce - 30 ml
- ground coriander - 1/2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the carrots on a Korean carrot grater or cut them with a knife.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients, alternatively, you can warm them to make the spices open up even more and season the carrots and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
