  • mint - to taste
  • cilantro - to taste
  • hot pepper
  • sugar - 250 g
  • salt - 1.5 tsp
  • ground pepper - 1 tsp.
  • cloves - 4-5 pcs.
  • suneli hops, Georgian, Armenian seasoning, Provencal herbs - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Pass all the ingredients through a meat grinder.
