Soup of everything in the fridge: recipe for the most budget-friendly dish

Homemade soups can be made from any vegetables, as well as with meat, seafood, chicken fillets and offal. In order for the dish not to be greasy, do not add a lot of vegetable oil, and it is better to cook without it, so the dish will be more useful.
Cook Daria shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and hearty minestrone soup, which is very easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- Vegetable oil
- Leeks/ Onions - 100 g
- Garlic - 1 clove.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Zucchini or zucchini - 1 pc.
- String beans - 50 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Pepper mixture - 0.5 tsp.
- Tomatoes in their own juice - 400 g
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
- Chicken broth - 1 tsp.
- Pasta - 120 g
- Red beans - 400 g
- Spinach - 30 g
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the onion and garlic until golden. Add the diced carrots. Add the diced zucchini and string beans and cook for another 10 minutes.
2. Add the tomatoes in their own juice, stir and add the tomato paste, stir again. Pour in the chicken stock, simmer for a further 10 minutes over a low heat.
3. Pour in the pasta, stir and cook for another 10 minutes under the lid. Then add the beans and spinach.
Sprinkle the soup with grated parmesan before serving!
