Soft cutlets for dinner in a new way

Ingredients:
- minced meat (pork/chicken/ turkey) - 1 kg
- onion - 1 pc.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- white loaf soaked in milk - 0.5
Filling:
- processed cheese - 3 pcs.
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- butter - 30 g
- salt - a pinch
Batter:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- mayonnaise - 100-150 g
- flour - 150-200 g
- salt - a pinch
- frying oil
Method of preparation:
1. Pour milk over the load and squeeze.
2. Add loaf, eggs, onion, salt and pepper to the minced meat and mix.
3. Grate melted cheese, boiled eggs and butter for stuffing. Add salt and mix.
4. Beat eggs with salt and add mayonnaise and flour to make the batter.
5. Form cutlets with your hands, put stuffing inside and shape them.
6. Dip in batter and fry on both sides until golden.
