Cutlets are the simplest and most delicious meat dish, which can be prepared not only from pork but also from chicken fillets, as well as liver. If you do not eat meat, you can cook cutlets from legumes, carrots and beets.

  • minced meat (pork/chicken/ turkey) - 1 kg
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • white loaf soaked in milk - 0.5


  • processed cheese - 3 pcs.
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • butter - 30 g
  • salt - a pinch


  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • mayonnaise - 100-150 g
  • flour - 150-200 g
  • salt - a pinch
  • frying oil

Method of preparation:

1. Pour milk over the load and squeeze.

2. Add loaf, eggs, onion, salt and pepper to the minced meat and mix.

3. Grate melted cheese, boiled eggs and butter for stuffing. Add salt and mix.

4. Beat eggs with salt and add mayonnaise and flour to make the batter.

6. Dip in batter and fry on both sides until golden.
