Simpler than stuffed cabbage: delicious stuffed peppers with chicken fillet and cheese for dinner

Stuffed peppers are very quick and easy to prepare. You can use any minced meat, as well as vegetables and cereals for stuffing.
Cook Natalia shared on Instagram a recipe for baked stuffed peppers stuffed with chicken fillet, vegetables and hard cheese.
Ingredients:
- sweet pepper - 2 pcs.
- chicken fillet - 300-400 g
- mushrooms - 150 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- sour cream or cream - 150 ml
- hard cheese or mozzarella - 100 g
- spices - to taste
- salt - 2/3 tsp.
- pepper - 1/4 tsp.
- sweet paprika - 1/2 tsp.
- coriander - 1/4 tsp.
- dried garlic - 1/2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Slice onion, chicken fillets and mushrooms. Fry soft onions until smooth, add chicken fillets, stir and fry until the fillets are ready.
2. Add mushrooms and cook until the moisture evaporates. Add sour cream or cream, spices, stir and cook for a few more minutes.
3. Cut the bell pepper in half. Carefully remove the seeds, leave the stem, fill with the prepared stuffing and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 180C.
