Achma is a type of Georgian khachapuri made from a large number of layers of dough, and it can also be replaced with lavash. Traditionally, suluguni is used for the filling, sliced or grated, and sprinkled over each layer of dough, and you can also use cottage cheese and any hard cheese.
Cook Irina shared on Instagram a recipe for lazy achma with hard cheese and cottage cheese, which takes only 40 minutes to cook in the oven.
Ingredients:
- lavash - 100 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- milk - 100 ml
- cottage cheese - 100 g
- hard cheese - 80 g
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the lavash into pieces.
2. In a bowl, beat the cottage cheese, eggs, milk, salt, add the grated hard cheese, mix well, add the lavash, mix again.
3. Put the mixture into a baking dish, smooth it out and bake for 40 minutes at 180C.
Serve the dish hot!
