Simpler than deruny and zrazy: mashed potato pancakes with cheese for dinner
Potatoes are an ideal product for making tasty deruny, roasts, as well as casseroles, stuffing for dumplings and pies. It can also be used to make zrazy, pancakes, fritters and salads. Potatoes are also the main ingredient in the preparation of first courses.
- Potatoes - 3 pcs.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Cheese - 100 g
- Herbs - 2-3 sprigs
- Garlic - 2 cloves.
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Flour for breading
Method of preparation:
1. Boil potatoes, cool, peel and mash.
2. Add egg, chopped herbs, spices and garlic. Next add hard cheese grated on a fine grater and mix thoroughly.
3- Form the fritters with wet hands and roll in the cheese, then in the flour, pressing it down a little.
4. Fry in a hot frying pan for about 3 minutes on each side over medium heat.
