Chicken fillet is an ideal product that can be the basis for many tasty and satisfying dishes. It makes a delicious pie, cutlets, chops, and spreads.
The cook shared a recipe for a very juicy fillet with bacon, rosemary, and mustard on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken fillet
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard
- smoked bacon (10-12 strips)
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 30 g of butter
- a sprig of rosemary
Method of preparation:
1. Cut chicken fillet into strips about 1.5 cm thick.
2. Add mustard and soy sauce. Mix and leave for 30 minutes.
3. Wrap each piece of fillet in a strip of bacon.
4. Heat butter in a frying pan and add oil and rosemary.
Place the rolls and fry for a few minutes over low heat on all sides.
