Simple and crispy deruny with cheese for a hearty dinner in 10 minutes

Deruny is the simplest dish made of potatoes. You can add mushrooms, minced meat and cheese to the base for a more original flavor. It is best served with sour cream, garlic and herbs.

Culinarian Andriy shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, crispy derunes with cheese that will be very soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 250 g
  • Onion - 70 g
  • Garlic - 3 g
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • Camembert cheese - 30 g (or any other cheese)
  • Wheat flour - 20 g
  • Salt - 5 g
  • Ground black pepper - 0,5 g
  • Sunflower oil - 20 ml

To serve:

  • Bacon - 30 g
  • Sour cream - 50 g
  • Dried garlic - 2 g

Method of preparation:

1. Cut potatoes, transfer to a blender, add onion, garlic, eggs, flour and spices and beat until smooth.

2. Heat a frying pan, spoon out the cooked mixture, top with a slice of cheese and potato mixture again. Fry on both sides.

3. Serve deruny with sour cream and fried bacon.
