Silver carp in tomato sauce for dinner: a recipe for a healthy and tasty dish
According to experts, you should eat fish of any kind 2-3 times a week. It is best to eat it baked, boiled, or cooked in a double boiler. Vegetables and herbs are a great addition to fish.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for baked fish in tomato sauce with onions, which will be very juicy.
Ingredients:
- Silver carp - 1 kg
- Salt, pepper, spices, rosemary - to taste
- Juice of half a lemon
- Oil - 3 tbsp.
For the sauce:
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Tomatoes (medium) - 7 pcs.
- Salt, pepper - a pinch
- Sugar - 1/2 tbsp. l.
Method of preparation:
1. Marinate the fish in spices, lemon juice and oil. Bake in the oven until cooked.
2. Fry the onion, add the tomato juice, salt, sugar, and mix.
Serve the fish with the sauce!
