Sauerkraut without carrots, but with a secret ingredient
SAUERKRAUT without carrots.
INGREDIENTS:
Winter cabbage 3 kg
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Bay leaf 3-4 leaves
Allspice 9 peas
Black peppercorns 10 pcs
Chef's secret: cut the chili pepper thinly.
Remember the cabbage well, do not overdo it, put it tightly in a bucket and cover it with a smaller diameter plate and under a heavy jar of water
Leave for 2-3 days and refrigerate, enjoy.
