Chef Tatiana shared a recipe for delicious sardine cutlets on Instagram, which are very satisfying and quick to prepare.
Ingredients:
- rice - 100 g
- sardines - 1 tin
- eggs - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- bread crumbs
- oil for frying
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Pour 200 g of water over the rice, add a little salt and boil until tender, then cool.
2. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry until soft.
3. Put the rice in a bowl, add the sardine, drain the liquid from the can, add the onion and carrot, egg, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
4. With wet hands, form small patties, roll in breadcrumbs, fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
